Skewered chicken marinated in yogurt and spices

A speedy and straightforward recipe. great for a family BBQ. These skewers are wonderful for adults and kids.

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika Hot Hungarian paprika to taste (optional). I added a 1/2 teaspoon 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons honey Salt and black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well into a thick marinade. 2 lbs chicken tenders (I like these) or thinly sliced chicken breast Skewers Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit outside for at least 1 hour or in the fridge overnight (better).

You can either grill the chicken, using leftover marinade as a baste.

You can also broil the chicken in the oven at 400°F till browned, and the chicken is cooked through.
